Greet and serve customers without prior reservation who provide a high level service by knowing the product and based on set procedures
Participate in the opening and closing tasks in accordance with internal norms and procedures
– Keep and report all records such as; Daily training, tasting boards, waste forms and reporting any operational complaints or issues to the manager
Ensure that all details of the process are clearly communicated to the team as part of maintaining the proper handover process detailed in the log book
– Submission of orders for the required products from the stock keeper in coordination with the restaurant manager/assistant manager
Ensure a clean environment by implementing hygiene practices such as “clean as you go” policy and counter display sanitation
Process requests from waiters and assign them to service standards and then ensure they are served to customers within the service time frame
Receive daily orders, check items according to order specifications, display them in the display fridge and replenish them regularly while maintaining hygiene and presentation standards
Receiving and preparing take-out orders and ensuring that they are packaged according to standards and receiving special requests from customers
Receive and process cash payments including exchange and money transactions while following established policies

qualifications
– Certificate of Secondary Education
0-1 years experience in customer service
– mastering English language
