Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Project Management, Finance or Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in cost control using Earned Value methodologies to analyze and report project cost performance
Extensive experience in providing cost control services for different types and sizes of buildings
Technical knowledge of cost control applications and associated systems
Ability to analyze project control requirements and assist management in developing tools and processes to enhance overall effectiveness
– Strong communication skills.
