JEX staff is looking for a partner-level corporate attorney for a leading international law firm located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The company is looking to strengthen the corporate team and transactions with this strategic partner and ideally wants to bring in someone who can help manage the existing team.

This is a partnership level position, so candidates who are:

– Already partners and looking for a new platform
Adviser and is seeking a partnership title/position
– Senior Associate who is currently managing and confident in their ability to face clients.

The stipend will be at an international level but will depend in part on:

Relevant candidates experience
– Portable Business
– Management experience

salary:

From 80,000 to 110,000 Saudi riyals per month, including fixed allowances.

Individuals will need to have already worked in leading law firms ideally in the GCC (with Saudi Arabia preferred).
Individuals should also ideally have a common law qualification or have an additional education (JD, M.Sc, Ph.D., etc.) from a recognized common law jurisdiction.

The corporate attorney will also need to:
– Proven track history in JV and M&A transactions
Experience working directly with clients without supervision
Ability to manage their own caseload and any junior member of the team
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
Confident in their ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships
Committed to the Saudi market.

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as the JEX Personnel.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX staff will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-based approach, which means that a retainer fee will be paid to the search company up front to conduct market analysis, a benchmark for skills/roles, and salaries.

The search firm tends to have extensive knowledge and access to board members and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of senior executive talent.
