The purpose of the role:
Responsible for assisting the Special Projects unit in managing activities and stakeholders internally and externally which will include monitoring and reporting on everything that runs across the PMO. Including follow up on all assigned tasks.

Main Responsibilities and Responsibilities:
Assist the department team in managing the day-to-day activities, and completing all work related to the system until completion.
Coordination and follow-up between different teams and departments to expedite and ensure closing of activities.
Follow up with project stakeholders (internal and external) and obtain required updates Close activities and allocate activities to stakeholders through the (Siebel) system.
– Track activities on the system and follow up with the owners of the activity
– Export all required details and reports from the system and share them with the team.
Ensure that all communications and correspondence with clients are recorded and saved accordingly for future reference.
– Express and collect all project data required to create documentation
Continuously update and share documents with relevant stakeholders, manage and maintain effective business relationships with clients.
– Reply to emails and calls in an instant
– Creating and arranging official letters for projects.
Preparing and submitting a consolidated periodic progress report (weekly and monthly) that includes the status of each project within the PMO.
Report on the use of all resources within the department and ensure that they are used effectively and milestones are achieved in the department
– Import system activity and generate reports.

Qualifications / Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree
