As a Senior Assistant, you will work as part of a problem solver team, helping to solve complex business problems from strategy to implementation.

PwC’s professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Develop and manage PMO project procedures, templates and other common documents
Manage performance reports and dashboard, and oversee PMO standards approved by the delivery team.
Provide central support for managing changes and tracking risks and issues
Develop, design and standardize project management office reports
Prepare PMO dashboards and generate periodic progress reports
Coordinate communication across projects in order to deliver appropriate information as requested by stakeholders
Manage automation of reports and dashboards on systems or tools and provide necessary support to users
Monitor compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures and templates via project audits
– Check project management tools
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with PMO methodology and standard
Support the project team with presentation designs and numerical analysis of items related to project management and financial statements
Ability to be part of multiple projects and leadership skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with best practices in PMO structures and operating models
Self-motivated, confident, and have a strong work ethic
Successful performance within team environments. Enjoy being part of a team
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload with flexibility and ability to handle well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with Middle Eastern government and public sector
Strong conceptual thinking and analytical abilities.
Ability to produce high quality presentations and infographics
Advanced knowledge and proven experience in creating dynamic PowerPoint presentations.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Visio and MS Project
Advanced knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, etc.)
– Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (orally and in writing)

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
For SC: 3-5 years of experience in project/program management, quality or similar areas.
– For C: 1-3 years experience
