As a data analytics consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and participating in the delivery of digital solutions, analytics and dashboards to our clients that require a combination of technical and business understanding capabilities to achieve client objectives.
Your main responsibilities
As a data analytics consultant, you will work as part of a problem solver team with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business problems from strategy to implementation. This includes: reviewing and evaluating complex data sets, translating business requirements into data models, designing and implementing end-to-end reporting modules, data migration and visualization and ensuring that all activities adhere to the data modeling process, policies and standards.

Data visualization – ability to design and implement media reports that translate data into business value, strong analytical skills
Data Integration (Sourcing, Storage and Migration) Ability to design and implement models and solutions for data management within the organization (structured and unstructured, principles of data archiving, data warehousing, data sources, etc.). This includes data models, storage requirements, and data migration from one system to another
– data quality, profiling and purging – the ability to review (profile) a data set to determine its quality against a specified set of parameters and highlight data where corrective action (purification) is required to correct the data
The preferred candidate will have a good understanding of the following tools and techniques, and will be able to demonstrate how to apply them to solve business problems
Experience with machine learning tools (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)
Experience in creating automation infrastructure for computing technology deployment (SQL server configuration, virtual machine setup, networking, etc.)
Willing to learn new tools and techniques and adapt to new challenges
To qualify for this role, you must have
Work experience of at least 2+ years in the field of data analysis, preferably with a major consulting firm
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Econometrics, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
Solid hands-on experience with data visualization and data access tools such as Power BI, Tableau and SQL Server Reporting Services
Previous experience in ETL Suite will also be an added advantage (ETL/ELT/Data Fabric Tools – Power BI Dataflows, Power Query M, Alteryx, SQL Server Integration Services, Power BI Composite Models)
Previous experience in object-oriented development preferably .Net, C# or Java
Ideally, you will also have
– Proficiency in the Arabic language
Work experience in a consulting office
