Guildhall is working on behalf of one of our long-term prime contractor clients on one of their famous five star hotel projects in Muscat. Luxury 450 room resort with wellness center, spa, health club, ballroom and several restaurants/restaurants.
As part of this project, they are looking to hire a Construction Manager with previous experience in the hotel industry, preferably in Oman.
Requirements for this role include:
– bachelor of Civil Engineering
15 years postgraduate experience
– Must have 5 star hotel experience
Worked as a Construction Manager (currently/formerly)
– Oman experience preferred
