Goal:
To develop and maintain a long-term relationship between Oracle and assigned customers to support business revenue growth in ERP/CRM/HCM. Works to achieve custom Cloud/SaaS sales revenue target.
area:
– Reports to Sales Manager Egypt
– Does not have direct reports, but leads the activities of virtual teams for customer support
Works in a specific industry on a specific client list and collaborates with his Technology Sales Representative as well as Senior Application Account Manager
Identifies and covers all organizations (including existing Oracle customers) that fall into their assigned account list with a focus on building a robust pipeline and closing opportunities in a timely manner in the Gulf region.
Works with appropriate Oracle partners i.e. vendors, SI, ISV, technology partners and alliances
Works with pre-sales, marketing, and other lines of business (LOBs) to maximize the return model for a custom account group
Achieves dedicated Cloud/SaaS sales revenue target.
Responsibilities:
– Earn new ERP / CRM / HCM cloud / SaaS sales revenue in line with goals
– Facilitate and nurture senior management relationships to generate active sponsorship for Oracle
– Develop a sales strategy and plan to meet the requirements of the sector
Develop target account profiles
Identify appropriate enterprise sales industry value propositions for ERP/CRM/HRM solutions
– Leading the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
– Generate and follow up on potential clients
Qualifying potential clients and prioritizing opportunities
Mobilize internal and partner resources to conduct campaigns
– Identify and work with the right people at Oracle and the client
Develop, expand and maintain relationships with appropriate employees
– Facilitate and nurture senior management relationships to generate active sponsorship for Oracle
Work with Oracle partners and influence their activities as appropriate
Maintaining an understanding of Oracle’s strategic direction and interpretation of its relationship to industry
Maintain awareness of Oracle’s current and future applications/technology products and services
Maintain an understanding of competitive activity relevant to the industry sector
– At least 7 years of experience in sales in the corporate IT sector
– Proven track record of selling cloud app deals in Qatar
Ability to understand strategic issues for selling enterprise applications, including ERP / CRM / HCM
– Fluency in English is a must
Exaggeration of revenue targets
Strong desire to achieve revenue targets
– Strong selling skills. Including justification for action, negotiation and closing
Understand the enterprise software market
– Beginner, quick to learn, thirsty for knowledge and information
