What will you do:
Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager / Chef Concierge, primary job responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to the following:

– Providing consistently professional, friendly and engaging service
Follow front office service policies, procedures and standards
– Assisting guests with mail, letters and any plans or arrangements they need including babysitting and dog sitting
– Assist guests with hotel facilities in an informative and informative manner
– Promote and sell services and privileges within the hotel as well as services provided by suppliers
– Assist guest with dining reservations and handle dining needs for groups/special events
Providing personalized and specialized service to VIP hotel guests through pre-arrival emails, communication and follow-up throughout the stay and post-departure
Act as a liaison and resource for other departments and hotel staff
Follow management policies, procedures and service standards
– Stay informed of daily events and promotions at the hotel
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
– Adhere to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehicles
Assist with VIP Concierge/Butler duties which include communicating with guests via phone and email prior to arrival in a professional and timely manner. Assisting guests with dining, BBQ requests, flower requests, cabin stock requests, activity and spa reservations, and transportation inquiries. Meet and greet all incoming butler’s guests, give them direction at the hotel and escort the guests to the room. Maintain regular contact with guests in the home to ensure a smooth, personal, enjoyable and comfortable stay. Surprise and happily at every opportunity and work with other departments to expedite orders
– Contact ALL Elite Members (Gold / Platinum / Diamond / Unlimited) prior to arrival. Personalize pre-arrival email, review ACDC action preferences, review room blocking, and ensure all earned privileges are continually extended

Your experience and skills include:
– Previous experience related to clients required
Excellent knowledge of Banyan Tree AlUla and favorite local attractions
Computer literacy in Microsoft Window applications is an asset
Previous experience with Property Manager and Book it! And the Open Table and Kipsu text messaging system is an asset
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Responsible, highly reliable, beginner and goal oriented
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimal supervision
– Ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times
