What will you do:

– Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (eg, transfers, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate service providers.
Responding to and following up on special requests from guests with unique needs to ensure their satisfaction.
Collect, summarize and provide information to guests about the accommodation and amenities surrounding the area, including special events and activities.
– Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns.
Liaise with appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues.
– Review shift records/journals and document relevant information in log books.
Inform the manager of accidents, injuries and unsafe working conditions. Full safety training and certifications.
Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure personal and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Welcoming and appreciating all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guest service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others in clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely and answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette.
Provide friendly and courteous service to the guest and promptly respond to all requests and inquiries at all times.
Coordinate with colleagues when necessary regarding operational concerns.
Familiarity with operational procedures.
Participate in periodic meetings and briefings as scheduled.
Understand and abide by all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention systems.
Participate in any scheduled training and development programs that improve personal or managerial standards.
Report duty on time by wearing the correct uniform and name crest.
Maintaining a high level of personal appearance and hygiene.
– Performing other assigned duties.

Your experience and skills include:

Have at least one (1) year experience in a similar role.
Has the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Has the ability to communicate effectively with the team and present it consistently.
– Fluency in English is mandatory.
