What will you do:
– You will learn about high quality products and presentation
– Chef de Partie & Demi will assist the Chef in the production of mise-en-place to prepare all menus according to standard recipes
You will attend meetings and training courses organized by the hotel management for this position
– You will achieve high quality production throughout cost control
– You will manage time effectively, by meeting deadlines on time
– You will help Chef de Partie in the production and distribution of food according to the requirements
– You will follow technical instructions and setup processes literally, avoiding all the wastage
You will manage inventories and orders for food products, adapting stocks to changes in consumption
– You will manage the kitchen equipment
Your experience and skills include:
– You have gained management experience in the kitchen, and you can speak English fluently
– You can inspire your fellow employees just as you can inspire your guests. Moreover, you are hungry for new food concepts and love à la carte cuisine
– You are passionate about live cooking and international cuisine, and are known for your organizational skills in the kitchen
You are an actor – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
– You bring not only your abilities, but also your personality
