Job title:
• Prepare and cook food and prepare ingredients according to requests, in accordance with service level agreements, recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist
• Completes all required checklists for each shift and draws up daily production checklists for his/her division in the absence of a chef
• Operating kitchen equipment and utensils, ovens, stoves, grills, microwave ovens and fryers.
• Participates in food preparation for special occasions or lunch/dinner services as required.
• Reduces spoilage and waste, proper storage and exercise strict part control according to operating procedures
