You will be responsible for:
Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the property and support all departments in achieving operational goals
Maximizing ownership in terms of profit and managing finances
Employee Engagement Champion
Develop relationships within the local community
Maintaining product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations
Promote the brand and ensure that all brand fundamentals and standards are consistently applied and implemented.
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or company
Passionate for the development and development of self and others
Strong relationship with the ability to build relationships
Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively
A proven leader who can inspire others
Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated success in driving the business’s commercial performance and delivering key performance indicators.
