Location

To help oversee and direct all aspects of the Raffles Club Lounge functions to achieve the highest possible level of guest satisfaction for current and future VIPs. This position also helps reinforce the work culture and core values ​​of the company.

Main roles and responsibilities

Manage and supervise all duties of his staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt friendly attention from arrival to departure
– Managing and supervising the hall during working hours
– Call the kitchen about food selection for breakfast, tea and cocktail hour
– Meet and greet all guests personally
Oversee maintenance of effective frequent guest registry system
– Promote sales between hotels and indoor facilities
– Perform these functions to include but not be limited to:
– Prepare Raffles Club guest welcome letters
– Monitor guest comment cards and feedback
– Fulfilling special requests from guests
– Dealing with inmates’ complaints and referring them when necessary, and following up on corrective actions
– Compile, analyze and control costs and inventory in Raffles Club
– Processing requests for amenities in a timely manner
– Warranty and maintenance of a full range of services provided in the Raffles Club Lounge
Evaluate the appearance, discipline, and competence of all employees under direct supervision
Organizing and holding regular meetings for Raffles Club staff to facilitate smooth operations
Prepare an efficient work and vacation schedule for Raffles Club staff, taking into account project occupancy, forecasts, and any large group movements
– Performs related duties and assigned special projects
Works with the HR Manager and Supervisor to ensure the productivity of employee performance. Duties include:
Plan for future staffing needs and assign them in line with company guidelines
– Preparing detailed induction programs for new employees
– Analyzing the training needs of front office staff and developing training programs
Conduct testing and formal performance appraisal
Coach, counselor, discipline staff and provide constructive feedback to staff
Work with the President in preparing and managing the department’s budget; Continuously monitor and control departmental costs to ensure performance against budget
Adhere to occupational health and safety policies and procedures and ensure that your direct reports do the same
