We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager for ECS EMEA SOUTH.
responsibilities
Owns, develops and supports customer relationship growth for SAP ECS and acts as the voice of the customer within SAP
Escalation point for all issues related to ECS engagement and effective drive of drive digital transformation success agenda to ensure adoption of S4/HANA
Coordinate services with HEC CoE, service delivery, design, architecture, portfolio team, external stakeholders and delivery control
Conduct periodic service review meetings with the client, SLA management and reporting, and service reviews (operational and financial)
Change demand management in the customer lifecycle, define/manage the migration request for new services
Contract compliance and risk management (project and business risk)
– Relationship management including. Communication with clients (communication plan, support plan, setup activities, internal escalation management, and clients
requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a customer facing role such as consulting/support
– Proficiency in English and Arabic. Any additional languages are considered nice
– Well-developed analytical and structural skills
Cloud architecture and IT infrastructure knowledge
– IT service management, SAP foundation and SAP application knowledge
Strong understanding of escalation and de-escalation processes
High efficiency in multitasking and the ability to manage multiple links in parallel

– Any cloud certificates (Azure – AWS – Other)
