The meeting stressed the need to update the safety requirements for buildings that use refrigeration and air conditioning systems in accordance with international standards approved by the Directorate, especially with the current use of the refrigeration range (r290 R600a), and preparation for the future use of large buildings – size air conditioners that work with flammable refrigerants (R32). ).
The meeting comes within the framework of the work of the Directorate and the Saudi Electricity Authority to enhance cooperation and preserve lives and property through the new use of technologies.
