Manama, June 7 (BNA): The General Directorate of Civil Defense conducted an evacuation exercise at the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs building.
The exercise was part of an evaluation of the emergency response plan.
The safety team, under the supervision of the civil defense team, evacuated the building through the emergency exits and ensured the presence of the authority’s employees at the assembly points.
The importance of these evacuation exercises lies in preparing the employees, workers and safety teams by developing an emergency plan for the facility, and for the employees to follow the protection and safety requirements in order to protect lives and property.
