About the client:
An independent federal entity responsible for enhancing the efficiency of the public education sector in the United Arab Emirates
Job title:
• Develop plans for the Student Welfare Department, especially with a focus on child protection, to achieve the objectives of the Student and Parents Affairs Sector.
• Implementing operational plans within the department and providing effective and efficient support to all institutions, in close coordination with the education sectors
• Handle communications with education sectors and relevant stakeholders in order to ensure that HQ standards, guidelines and processes are effectively implemented
• Implement the necessary procedures within the department to ensure the overall achievement of the objectives of the sector and management
• Support the development of regular and ad hoc reports to the Student Welfare Executive Director/Director
qualifications:
• Open to Arab citizens
• 50 years and under
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Education or any related field
• At least 5 years of work experience in the education sector and/or school operations
• Must be fluent in both English and Arabic
• Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately
