The long-awaited training program in the UAE is back. The One Month CEO Program 2022 by Adecco Group, a global HR solutions company, offers one outstanding candidate the opportunity to fill our CEO’s shoes for an amazing training experience.
About training:
This is a one-month paid internship program starting in July 2022. Operating in more than 40 countries, the program will be the first step for candidates to apply to become CEOs for a period of one month in their country of residence. The chosen global CEO will learn for a month how to run a multinational company with 35,000 employees in 60 countries. A higher qualification experience is a huge boost to any career!
Selection and eligibility criteria:
We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and work with a Fortune 500 company.
Subjective and emotional motives. A role model for young people in the region. A mindset in line with the company’s vision and strategy for the future of work!
Young/Millennials, currently studying or just finishing school. As this is a CSR initiative that empowers young people and makes them work ready, we are only looking for candidates with at least 1 year or zero work experience.
We are open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds and academic disciplines.
When does the training start?
Training begins in July 2022.

This is a paid internship, salary is motivating and well rounded for 1 month.
