Our client is one of the best known FM companies operating in the Middle East. To ensure continued success, they are looking to recruit a Catering Manager to join the team in Muscat, Oman.
We are looking for someone to plan, organize and manage the delivery of all services within the Catering Operational Business District. You will ensure that the service standards detailed in the Service Level Agreement and KPIs and within schedules of contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developed for the assigned operational business area.
Basic tasks:
• Responsible for setting, achieving and maintaining catering standards.
• Lead and manage QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health and Environment) and food handling operations within our restaurant standards.
• Understand and meet our customers’ needs and act as the customer’s escalation point for any catering service issues.
• Promote innovative ways to add value and reduce costs within the team.
• Work with client and suppliers to maximize value through changing business delivery and increase contract scope through contract framework.
• Promote the account and act as a brand ambassador for the company at all times.
• Supervising, coordinating, motivating, training and working with your team to deliver a high quality service.
• Lead the process of introducing sustainable catering, operational best practices and innovation.
• Ensure that all team members operate in line with current legislation at all times.
• Operate, use and manage IT systems related to catering as required..
Required experiences:
• More than 5 years of experience working in the same capacity
• Experience working on significant contracts in the hospitality sector.
