Basic Responsibilities:
Develop data collection processes and data management systems.
· Maintain data integrity with 0% error rate.
Develop inquiries, compile data, and create reports in MS Access and Excel.
Draw data and graphs for reporting purposes.
In-depth analysis of fault trends.
Contribute to the creation of catalogs of items on our website in relation to pre-set guidelines.
Contribute to the improvement of the catalogs on our website to meet quality standards.
Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation and delivery of results.
Basic qualifications
· College degree.
· Proficiency in English in terms of speaking and writing skills.
Proficiency in translation from English to Arabic and vice versa.
· Excellent web browsing skills.
· Effective communication skills.
Sharp eye for details.
· Multitasking skills.
· Customer centric.
qualifications preferred
Familiar with the e-commerce industry.
Python programming language is an added advantage.
Demonstrated experience in identifying business improvement opportunities and measuring the success of those initiatives.
Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills.
