Manama, June 15 (BNA) The Governor of the Capital, Sheikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, received here today the Turkish Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Essen Shakil, in the presence of the Director of Social Programs and Community Affairs in the Capital Governorate, Sheikh Isa bin. Ali Al Khalifa.
The two sides discussed issues related to ways of enhancing bilateral relations and achieving the interests of the two friendly countries.
Sheikh Rashid bin Abdul Rahman stressed the great role played by the leaderships of the two countries in enhancing cooperation between the two countries, noting the depth of bilateral relations, and wishing the envoy further success.
He congratulated the Ambassador, Sheikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman, for the precious royal trust that she placed in him by appointing him to his position, wishing him success in carrying out the tasks entrusted to him.
She praised the deep-rooted Bahraini-Turkish relations.
