Describe
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience preferably in managing sales organizations, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, problem-solving skills and ability to influence multiple external and internal stakeholders. The candidate must be comfortable with technology and payment systems and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Working in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be comfortable in dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

Role and Responsibilities:
· Understand the products and services offered by Amazon Payment Services and be able to explain their functionality and benefits to external audiences.
Create and formulate energy marketing and business plan for specific business categories
. Understanding the payment landscape in Egypt.
. Take advantage of operational and commercial regulations for card acceptance for card scheme products to formulate a preferential proposal.
. Identify the primary merchants and wish list of potential customers for the target audience.
Interact with internal teams to secure deals signing and completion
. Ability to draft and respond to RFI and RFP
· Analyze merchant data in order to initiate a preferential trading proposal.
This position is from Cairo, Egypt.

Basic qualifications
Previous Experience and Skills:
5-7 years of experience in commerce, e-commerce, online payment, payment service provider or access to banking with a top-tier institution.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Finance/Management/Marketing or E-Commerce from an accredited international university (First Class Honors)
Experience in project management.
. Experience in business development
. Experience in team management
. Experience in a highly analytical and results-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas logically and concisely.
Previous experience in the online payment or e-commerce scene in previous dealings with merchants and acquirers is desirable.
Experience in selling emerging (embryonic / start-up) products/services in new markets.
Experience in defining new processes is desirable.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve extended goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential

qualifications preferred
MBA or Master’s degree in economics, business or engineering from a high-ranking international institution.
Successful portfolio management experience with multinational organizations.
Previous experience managing a team in a commercial environment.
Exceptional leadership and sales management skills with a proven track record (records required)
Lead large strategic accounts and projects.
Project Management Methodology (PMP) Certificate.
