Your new role, what is your role?
* Responsible for providing technical expertise and supervising the MEP aspects of the project
* The main responsibilities of this role will be to provide high quality design support to the project.
* Develop appropriate systems and procedures in conjunction with the Building Services Leadership team to inculcate a habit of resource planning and execution.
* Develop procedures and formulas that enable the team to design packages for the client
* Ensuring that project outcomes meet the required technical standards
* Provide input to client proposals including bid planning, cost estimating, proposal production, work scopes and providing technical input
* Responsible for ensuring that excellent technical standards are in place in the design, documentation and supervision of project work
* Lead and develop technical capability by developing and delivering technical solutions
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* Over 25 years of extensive international experience in large, multidisciplinary projects
* Experience in leading, motivating and leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers
* Professional Institution Membership
* Project management and project leadership skills and I am comfortable in a decision making role
*Advance collaboration on my projects and the broader construction services team
