what are you going to do

At Chalhoub, we achieve excellence! As a Brand Coach, you will be responsible for imparting your knowledge and awareness of luxury/fashion or beauty gifting categories using training best practices. You will also research and localize materials related to the category and brands and, in collaboration with Group L&D, will develop the training materials to be delivered. You will also support the front lines with on-the-job learning, as well as performance monitoring and training needs analysis.

Conduct a training needs analysis to assess the team’s needs
Create, communicate, coordinate and implement the training calendar for the year
– Researching, collecting and localizing brand materials, working in collaboration with Group L&D in developing training materials
Gain product knowledge for new brands and train the team accordingly
Take advantage of the digital tools available to the group to convert the training content into digital form
– Analyze training data to assess usage and gaps
Create brand awareness on the front line and communicate important seasonal brand messages to the in-store team
Presentation of the START class training day and brand training days
Provide training to staff through the use of advanced product knowledge and best practice training techniques
Monitor product training for delegation brands
Provide interior design training related to the category/products sold
Conduct assessments of learners and the effectiveness of learning materials and approaches
Recommend new teaching materials and methods to support departmental needs
Participation in training activities for learning, team development and best practices development
Acting as a brand ambassador for internal and external events
