Your role and responsibilities

Work with the existing IBM Security Software sales team to identify, qualify and close new business sales opportunities by demonstrating a consultative sales approach
Exceeding sales plan and business goals by successfully selling IBM Security services in the region
Actively leads the resolution of customer issues to ensure their satisfaction and a successful sale outcome
Leverage technical resources, as appropriate, to ensure the company overcomes any technical objections in the sales cycle
Developing trusted relationships at the senior management level in the organization’s accounts and developing and maintaining their trust
Develop and maintain relationships internally (including across the IBM sales team) and ensure a high level of teamwork and collaboration with support team and other functions within the company
Coordinate and deliver accurate, quality and timely information, as required to achieve sales targets
– Ability to work in a team in addition to working alone

Technical and professional experience required

Minimum 3 years experience as a security software vendor or business development manager
Good knowledge of public security techniques and offerings
