what are you going to do

You will be part of a team of enthusiastic, creative and forward-thinking talents who are looking to raise the bar for Ghawali’s business performance.

You will work closely with brand owners to present their marketing strategy and key objectives. We also work with our existing clients in the scope area and will be involved in all negotiations with B2B and/or B2C clients.

While fulfilling the business commercial analysis needs, you will also conduct visits to Ghawali retail stores and POS to ensure efficient operation and positive team performance.

Work responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of brands with full commitment to the first line
• Build relationships with brand owners Support the implementation of the marketing strategy with brand owners
• Participate in negotiations with retailers and/or brands to reach agreement on a business model. Prepare the annual budget (internal) and by season according to the previous season
• Conducting market visits in the region in order to keep all parties informed of key business developments and competitors
• Participation in the development of country-specific strategies and plans based on the competitive environment
• Suggest new business development opportunities for the brand
• Coordinate with finance teams and receive P&Ls in order to monitor the financial performance of brands
• Solve all problems related to the commercial, logistical and marketing aspect of the custom brands (goods to be returned, quality problems, payments …)
• Follow up on sales against targets, against budget with brands. Overselling and overselling to customers across the region in scope
• Solve commercial problems (goods to be returned, quality problems, payments)

What you will need to succeed
• Ability to nurture relationships with clients/partners
• Experience working in a fast-paced matrix environment
• Exceptional communication, relationship building and project management skills
• At least two years of experience
