Assist the design team in creating, updating and reviewing structural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop 3D and 2D models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting, and presentation consistent with project requirements.
Extract 3D models for clash analysis, schedule review and quality assurance.
Ensure coordination of all interfaces of the model with designers and engineers from other disciplines.
Prepare engineering drawings from the form consisting of basic arrangements, layouts, profiles, sections, etc.
Develop and extract 2D geometry from models for internal reviews and coordination meetings.
Prepare BIM package offers according to project requirements.
BIM Manager support with clash detection and visual walkthroughs.
Prepare forms and reports for buildability analysis.
Ensure all forms, drawings, and deliverables are checked for compliance with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Minimum requirements:
5-10 years experience
Diploma/Bachelor in Civil and Construction
English is very good
Technical skills:
EXPERIENCE IN REVIT
Knowing about Dynamo and BIM 360 will have an added advantage
Experience with LOD300 / 350 . level drawing packages
