Role:

Manage, monitor and coordinate a single point of contact for all network forecasting and capability information. Develop, plan and implement the overall strategic requirements for the network system and closely monitor network usage at the overall level of infrastructure requirements and launch the required expansion. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future network requirements to meet network needs. Ensure that all planning system skills and experience are available to meet the changing and challenging requirements of the process and business demand.

Main responsibilities and activities:

– International managed capacity for all IP, IPLC and roaming services.
– Expected IP forecast along with expected budget cost.
Centralize cost of sale to all IP services and optimize efficiency for cost effective operations.
Review supplier malfunctions/failures and apply applicable SLA terms for service credit.
Manage major intellectual property expansion projects between suppliers and the CITRA technical team in coordination with all stakeholders.
– Participation in the preparation of international contracts prior legal reviews.
– Preparing the procedure / process for services with the Ministry of Commerce / the Communications and Information Technology Commission to meet the audit requirements.
– Reviewing and providing feedback on mega communication projects locally and globally.
Solicit international vendors for leased services such as IPLCs, MPLS, IP transit services and negotiate Service Level Agreements.
Planning for Action Plan numbers and forecast analysis, translating forecasts into network elements (individual hardware elements) and analytical versus actual forecasting (trends and growth).
Drop-and-relief method to ensure that orders will meet expectations, make alternate plans for late orders or high usage and handle miscellaneous orders.
– Preparing the usage report for all types of services and directions of all links (traffic) in the network and making sure that the network is not connected in the case of coupling to produce the relief method.
Submit a weekly/monthly progress report covering all aspects of achievement, statistical analysis and a proposal for service improvement.
Meet expected demand and operational/business requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
Plan update and review short and long term strategic plans, within the business plan cycle.
– Production and analysis of a statistical report on the network and its performance.
Interact with technical staff to identify requests and implement them in network needs.
Prepare all business needs of the network with financing to ensure smooth running of business.
– International Tenders: Participation in international tenders with the US Army.
Review international orders and extract customer requirements to arrange with the technical team to prepare solutions for the US Army RFP.
Arrange/negotiate with global vendor/supplier for international project delivery.
Liaise with international service providers to obtain capacity (IP/IPLC) and negotiate contract terms to match customer SLA requirements.
– Established a friendly and cooperative relationship with the employees of the Ministry of Commerce / Communications and Information Technology Commission
– Leading to the smooth delivery of international projects.
Arrange approvals with the CITRA team so that the fiber/patch cabling team places the international POPs hosted by CITRA and extends to the ISP ODF.
– International capability managed and optimized with CITRA to reduce cost.
– Find potential wholesale buyers.
Maintain and update international contracts and start negotiating with the seller before contract expiration or renewal.

requirements:

5 years experience.
Years of experience required in customer service and/or administration.
– Strong negotiation skills
– Fluent in oral and written communication in Arabic and English.
Team leadership and coaching skills.
Background in exercise/recovery plans, minimum of 2 years at supervisory level.
Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural and multinational work environment, demonstrating appropriate sensitivities.
Good knowledge of telecommunications products, services and procedures.
Strong knowledge of billing systems.

Eligible:

– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or a related field from a recognized university.
