Manama, March 15 (BNA) The Bahrain International Circuit has invited the general public to enjoy the last two days of the Pune Money Formula 1 Village and enjoy a vibrant, festival-like experience that is a preview of what awaits those attending the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix this weekend.
Pune Money F1 Village is a first-of-its-kind fan interaction area located in the heart of the Kingdom’s capital at Block 338 in Adliya.
It has been welcoming visitors since the beginning of this month and the turnout has been huge, with dozens of visitors every day enjoying all that it has to offer.
The Beyon Money F1 Village has been created by BIC, in association with Beyon Money, to bring the excitement of racing fans closer to the much-anticipated Formula 1 Weekend, which takes place from Friday to Sunday (Editor’s note: March 18-20) in the ‘home of motorsport’ in the Middle East” in Sakhir.
The Beyon Money F1 Village will be open Wednesday and Thursday (March 16 and 17) on the last two evenings from 6 PM to 11 PM. Everyone is welcome and entry is free.
There is a range of motorsports and Bahrain-themed attractions, including a 2022 F1 car show, a main stage with daily live music performances along with DJs, touring performers, street performers and plenty of other colorful attractions for the whole family.
Please note that BIC’s Esports, Pic Stop, and World Championships are now set up for the race weekend, so it won’t be available for the past couple of days, but additional entertainment has been provided for these areas.
Visitors can also experience a number of Bahrain handicraft stands that showcase the best of Bahrain’s modern and traditional handicrafts.
The fan zone is fully supported by Beyon Money, which is using the event to highlight how payments and lifestyle seamlessly connect. Beyon Money is the new superior financial app, that connects banks, provides card and payments services, financial insights and remittances.
Fans can also experience a special activation at the Beyon Money platform within the F1 Village with social media sharing and entertainment such as a 360-degree photo booth and digital interactive screen, as well as the opportunity to interact with promoters who will be on hand to explain the functionality of the Beyon Money app and customers on board Immediately.
This year’s Gulf Air Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix is set to be a once-in-a-lifetime event for motorsports, as it usheres in a “new era” in Formula 1 with the introduction of comprehensive new regulations in First Class.
