what are you going to do
• Building and maintaining customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
• Handling customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and uses of the product and services
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in meeting those needs and meet or exceed customer expectations
• Advise customers on the product ranges best suited to their needs
• Explain the use and benefits of various brands and products
• Handling new launches, product promotions and visual merchandising
• Achieving the sales target and focusing on increasing sales using advanced selling techniques
• Focus on selling and selling
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of brands and products
• Monitor sales activities and generate daily sales report
• Ensure replenishment of stock in stock at appropriate shelves/counters, at appropriate times
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form
• Ensure receipt of stock as per set procedures
• Maintain cleanliness in his/her area of responsibility
• Follow all company procedures in order, handling of cash and other common practices
