She stressed that global confidence is a fruitful result of Bahrain’s successful parliamentary diplomacy and its distinguished presence in regional and international parliamentary gatherings.
She indicated that the 146th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union and related meetings will be a historic event, as it will gather heads and representatives of parliaments from all over the world, which will add, according to her, to the achievements of the legislative branch in the Kingdom during the prosperous reign of His Majesty King Hamad.
It is noteworthy that the President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Duarte Pacheco announced today, during the closing ceremony of the 144th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, that the Kingdom will host the Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in March 2023, expressing his thanks and appreciation to the President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Zainal for her continuous efforts to ensure that Bahrain It hosts the World Parliamentary Assembly.
