Job specification:
Evaluate and provide solutions through the use of ERP systems.
Initiate and lead ERP related projects and provide day to day support.
Gather business requirements as needed.
Research, design and develop operational reports and ERP programs for all business units within the GCC and international countries.
Collaborate with different business units in the organization to facilitate the implementation of new or improved reporting processes and functions.
Interact with application development staff to coordinate implementation of newly created functions and reports.
Determining business, financial and operational requirements and system objectives by working with decision makers and end users.
– Identify and solve systems problems using ERP solutions.
Lead and analyze design sessions in prototyping new systems to enhance business processes, operations, and process information flows.
Maintain current knowledge and understanding of ERP applications and computer operating systems.
Helping users solve problems and answer questions with minimal supervision.
Interpret users’ problems over the phone and respond with solutions.
Interact with the Director of IT and other departments and divisions outside of technical contractors working on day-to-day operations or ERP issues.
Perform database inquiries and audits to verify system integrity.
Conducting in-depth tests of new and modified systems or applications.
– University degree – Industrial engineering degree would be an advantage
Experience in analyzing and implementing an ERP system
– Strong analytical and project management skills
– 5 years working experience
