Manama, December 9 (BNA) The Bahrain Defense Force concluded today the joint exercise “Bridge 22”, which was carried out by the Royal Bahrain Naval Force and the Royal Saudi Naval Forces.
The exercise aims to combat terrorist operations of oil installations and protect regional waters in the Arabian Gulf.
It included a number of exercises aimed at strengthening military cooperation, standardizing concepts and exchanging experiences, as well as training on the latest systems to achieve the level of naval integration.
The exercise also aims to raise the level of combat performance and improve leadership capabilities and competencies
The naval exercises are an extension of the series of “bridge” exercises that take place between the fleets of the two kingdoms.
