BDF holds graduation ceremony for 15th batch of officer cadets

Manama, Dec. 27 (BNA): Today, under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the graduation ceremony of the fifteenth batch of officers – Al Qadisiyah Brigade was held. At Isa Royal Military College.

His Majesty the King invited the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, to attend the ceremony on behalf of His Majesty the King.

Upon his arrival, the Commander-in-Chief was received by the Minister of Defense Affairs, Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, and the Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Dhiab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi.

The national anthem was played, and then the Commander-in-Chief inspected the graduates’ military parade.

I recited some verses of the Holy Quran, and then the military parade of the graduates of Isa Royal Military College began.

After that, the commander of Isa Royal Military College, Major General Abdul Rahman Khalifa Al Nuaimi, delivered a speech in which he expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to His Majesty the King, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, for sponsoring the graduation ceremony. He also welcomed the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force to attend the event.

He also praised the holding of the ceremony during the Kingdom’s celebrations of its national holidays, in commemoration of the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain as an Arab and Islamic state, which was founded by Ahmed Al-Fateh in 1783, in memory of its full membership in the United Nations. And the memory of His Majesty the King’s accession to the throne.

Then, one of the alumni made a statement on behalf of his classmates. He welcomed the commander of the Bahrain Defense Force, praising the distinguished academic and military programs of the Isa Royal Military College.

Then the officer, Hassan Rashid Al Buflasa, recited a poem on this occasion.

The Commander-in-Chief briefed the fifteenth session for the trainee officers, then honored the outstanding graduates.

Then the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces received a souvenir from the Commander of Isa Royal Military College.

After that, the graduating batch (15th batch – Al-Qadisiyah Brigade) handed over the Isa Royal Military College banner to the next batch (16th batch – Ahmed Al-Fateh Brigade), and the graduates took the solemn oath. The Commander-in-Chief gave them diplomas in military sciences.

The Commander-in-Chief expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to His Majesty the King, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, for his constant support for the graduation ceremonies of the officers’ courses.

He also congratulated the graduates on their success, urging them to continue their education, and to benefit from the specialized training programs offered by the Bahrain Defense Force to hone and develop their skills, as well as to prepare them to carry out their national duties to the fullest. .

The Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force welcomed the participants from the brotherly Republic of Yemen and the State of Palestine, and wished them all success. He also thanked all the employees of Isa Royal Military College for their dedicated and fruitful work.

He stressed that the Bahrain Defense Force, since its establishment, has always been keen to develop its human resources in all fields, expressing the pride of the Bahrain Defense Force in the national role played by its brave personnel in preserving the Kingdom’s achievements and capabilities.

He added that thanks to the wise directives of His Majesty King Hamad, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the Bahrain Defense Force has become a role model in combat performance and military training.
