Manama, May 15 (BNA): Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defense Force, received Major General Issa bin Rashid Al Muhannadi, Assistant Secretary General for Military Affairs at the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council. The Chief of Staff congratulated the Major General on his assumption of the new position, and wished him more success in performing his duties.
The meeting discussed issues of common interest and ways to enhance cooperation between the armed forces of the GCC states to serve the joint military operation under the directives of Their Majesties and Highnesses, the leaders of the GCC states.
