Manama, July 24 (BNA) Bahrain’s table tennis teams headed to Jordan to participate in the West Asian Championship, scheduled to open on Tuesday and continue until July 31.
The President of the Bahrain Table Tennis Federation, Sheikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, met the players and urged them to compete for medals in the tournament.
She expressed her confidence in the ability of the national teams to achieve positive results, praising the support of the Public Authority for Sports and the Bahrain Olympic Committee.
The delegation is headed by the Vice-President of the Bahrain Table Tennis Federation, the subject, and the delegation includes Secretary-General Abbas Humaid, the administrative staff, Hayat Jamal and the technical team, in addition to 21 table tennis players.
