Manama, October 7 (BNA) The Bahrain Olympic team will meet the Saudi team, tomorrow, Friday, in the second edition of the West Asian Under-23 Championship.
The match will be held at Prince Muhammad bin Fahd Stadium in the city of Dammam in the Eastern Sharqiyah.
The national team appears in Group C, which also includes host country Saudi Arabia and Syria.
Bahrain lost 4-1 to Syria, which Saudi Arabia lost 2-0 in the second round. The teams that top the three groups qualify along with the best second-placed team
Led by national coach Ismail Karami, Bahrain will have to win by four goals to revive their hopes of having the best second-placed team.
