Bahrain to participate in West Asian Triathlon Championship in Kuwait

Manama, March 14 (BNA): Bahrain is intensifying its preparations to participate in the West Asian Triathlon Championship, which will be held in the State of Kuwait on March 17 and 19.

The President of the Bahraini Triathlon Federation will lead the Kingdom’s delegation, which includes the national coach Mubarak Mohammed, in addition to the athletes Omar Hamza, Abdul Rahman Mubarak, Abdul Rahman Al Hassan and Ahmed Tariq, in addition to Maryam Al Arrayedh, who will participate in the women’s competition.

The national triathlon team, which will leave for Kuwait next Friday, will conduct a final training session to familiarize themselves with the course of the competitions and to ensure that the players are ready to participate in the tournament that will be held on Saturday.

The delegation will return to Bahrain on Sunday 19 March.
