Bahrain strongly condemns terrorist Houthi militia’s drone attack on Abu Dhabi, UAE

Manama, Jan. 17 (BNA) The Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemned the launch by the terrorist Houthi militia of drones loaded with explosives over Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates, which led to the explosion of three oil tankers and a fire near the new building. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that the cowardly terrorist attack, which resulted in the killing of three civilians and the injury of others, violated international humanitarian law and all other international laws and constituted a flagrant attack on the sovereignty of the United Arab Emirates. The UAE, which reflects the insistence of these terrorist Houthi militias to continue their cowardly criminal attacks.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain condemns the Houthi attack, which was launched from the port of Sanaa, which is a civilian facility. The ministry also affirmed that the Kingdom stands in solidarity with the United Arab Emirates and all the measures it will take to confront such cowardly attacks.

The ministry called on the international community to take the necessary measures against the militias whose hostile acts confirm that they are a terrorist organization that poses a serious threat to the stability and security of the region.
