Stockholm, Jan. 21 (BNA): Bahrain’s national handball team will meet Egypt today in the decisive main round match of the 28th World Men’s Handball Championship at Malmö Arena in Malmö, Sweden.
Egypt leads the group of six teams with six points, while Bahrain ranks third with four points, behind defending champion Denmark, which has five points.
The national team will need to win this match and the next match against Croatia, to book a place in the quarter-finals, as only two teams can advance to the quarter-finals from each of the four groups in the main round. .
The match will start at 5:30 pm Bahrain time.
