Bahrain participates in Arab counterterrorism meeting

Tunis, September 3 (BNA) The Assistant Chief of Public Security for Operations and Training Affairs, Brigadier General Muhammad Abdullah Al-Haram, headed the Bahrain delegation in a meeting to document Arab experiences in combating terrorism.

The meeting, which was held at the General Secretariat of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers in Tunisia, reviewed the efforts to combat terrorism by the League of Arab States, in addition to the challenges in the new channels of financing terrorism and combating the use of digital currencies and the activities of terrorist organizations.

The meeting discussed the efforts of Arab countries in combating terrorism and extremism.
