Manama, December 15 (BNA): Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, presented his congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness. Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa on national holidays, to commemorate the establishment of the modern Bahraini state as an Arab and Islamic state founded by Ahmed Al-Fateh in 1783, and to commemorate the accession of His Majesty the King to the throne.
The Secretary-General said that national holidays have always been a symbol of renewed loyalty to the beloved homeland and leadership, pointing to the progress and prosperity achieved by the Kingdom in various fields.
He praised the achievements of the youth and sports sector in light of the support of His Majesty the King and the follow-up of His Majesty’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs, His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports. From the Public Authority for Sports and the President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
