Bahrain Islamic Index closes at 664.71 points

Manama, February 13 (BNA): Bahrain’s general index closed at 1,935.17 points, recording a decrease of 4.46 points from the previous close.

This decline is attributed to the decline in the consumer goods sector, the financial sector, and the real estate sector.

The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 664.71 points, recording a decrease of 2.22 points from the previous close.

The results indicated that 128 share transactions were executed with a volume of 4,672,737, with a value of 1,155,955 Bahraini Dinars.

Investors trade mainly in the materials sector, accounting for 44.86% of the total value of securities traded.
