Manama, October 3 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at the level of 1,880.26 points, recording a decrease of 0.96 points from the previous closing.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the financial sector, the materials sector, and the real estate sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 657.70 points, recording an increase of 0.63 points from the previous closing.
The results indicated that 37 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 2,460,594, with a value of BD311,935.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector, representing 68.71% of the total value of traded securities.
