Manama, Mar. 14 (BNA): Bahrain International Airport was awarded the Best Airport in the World for Baggage Handling and was awarded as the Best Airport Staff in the Middle East at the World Airport Awards ceremony that was held at Terminal 2023 EXPO in Amsterdam.
Gulf Air Group Chairman, Zayed Rashid Al Zayani, and Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) Chief Executive Officer, Mohamed Yousef Al Binfalah, received the awards on behalf of the airport at the presentation ceremony.
The World Airport Awards are the airport industry’s most prestigious awards and voted for by customers in the largest annual airport customer satisfaction survey. These awards are the latest in a long list of achievements by Bahrain International Airport, which continues to cement its position among the leading airports in the world.
