Manama, May 8 (BNA): Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Ansari, Chief Executive Officer of Governmental Hospitals, affirmed that the Bahraini medical sector has always received support from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and continuous follow-up from His Royal Highness the Emir. Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He pointed out that this support is embodied in Bahrain holding its first conference on mental illness on October 12-13.
The CEO said that Bahrain has proven its ability to organize major medical conferences, especially since the Kingdom has proven its high efficiency by providing the best example in dealing with the global spread of the Corona virus epidemic in the past years.
Dr. Al-Ansari stressed the importance of the conference in bringing together a large number of specialists and consultants in the field of mental health, promoting the exchange of clinical experiences, knowledge and modern treatment methods, and developing training programs for workers in this field.
