Manama, June 8 (BNA): Bahrain condemns and denounces the storming and vandalism of its embassy and the residence of the Bahraini ambassador in Khartoum by an armed group.
The attack is a serious violation of international law and diplomatic conventions.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed the need to stop acts of violence and vandalism in Sudan, to provide full protection for the headquarters of diplomatic missions and civilian facilities, and to punish those responsible for them.
He renewed his call to the Sudanese parties to give priority to the national interest, and to respond to the Saudi-American initiative to stop military operations through dialogue to achieve security, stability, peace and prosperity for Sudan.
