Cairo, December 7 (BNA) The Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and the President of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani, met the Assistant Secretary-General for Media and Communication at the League of Arab States, Ahmed Rashid Khattabi.
The meeting discussed issues of tourism and joint Arab action towards the coronavirus pandemic.
It also reviewed ways to develop inter-tourism to achieve sustainable development in the Arab region, a training program in cooperation with the Arab Tourism Organization and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, soft tourism for people with special needs, smart digital tourism. And the Arab-Chinese partnership and the selection of the capital of Arab tourism for 2022.
The meeting witnessed the restructuring of the Executive Office of the Ministerial Council for Tourism (2021-2023).
