Manama, October 25 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at 1,861.07 points, recording a decrease of 2.71 points from the previous closing.
This decrease is attributed to the decline in the financial and materials sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 653.81 points, recording a decrease of 0.77 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 37 transactions were made on equity, with a volume of 7,892,978, with a value of BD975,458.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector with 82.60% of the total value of traded securities.
